Integrating Jira

You can create issues and tickets for your assets by integrating with Jira.

Procedure

1. In Firefly, go to the left pane > Settings > Integrations.

2. Under Project Management, select Jira.

3. Go here, to create a Jira API token.

4. Select Create API token.

5. Add a label, and select Create.

6. Copy the API token. (This is the last time the token will appear.)

7. Paste the token in the Jira Token box, and add the required information.

8. Select Next.

Creating a ticket

You can create a ticket in Jira in the following ways:

1. In Firefly, go to the left pane > Inventory.

2. Select the asset, and select Issue.

3. Add the required information, and select Create & Link Issue.

Alternatively,

1. In Firefly, go to the left pane > Insights.

2. Select Issue.

3. Add the required information, and select Create & Link Issue.
