Sending notifications to Slack using a webhook

This integration is deprecated. We recommend using the Slack App integration.

Procedure

1. In Firefly, go to the left pane > Settings > Integrations.

2. Select Add New > Slack.

3. In the Integration type box, select Slack Webhook.

4. Go here, to generate a webhook URL for a specific Slack channel.

5. Select Add to Slack.

6. Select a Slack channel.

7. Select Add Incoming Webhooks integration, and copy the Webhook URL.

8. In Firefly, enter the name of your integration.

9. In the Webhook URL box, paste the URL.

10. Select Next > Done.
