Integration Key

Generate notifications for a specific PagerDuty service.

Use this method for optimal integration.

Procedure

  1. Generate an Integration Key.

  2. Copy the Integration Key.

  3. In Firefly, go to the left pane > Settings > Integrations.

  4. Select Add New > PagerDuty.

  5. Enter the Nickname, select Integration Key as the Integration Type, and paste the Integration Key in the Key box.
