General Access REST API Key

Generate notifications for all services available in your PagerDuty account.

For optimal integration, use an Integration Key.

Procedure

  1. Generate a General Access REST API Key.

  2. Copy the API key.

  3. In Firefly, go to the left pane > Settings > Integrations.

  4. Select Add New > PagerDuty.

  5. Enter the Nickname, select General Access REST API Key as the Integration Type, and paste the API key in the Key box.
