Integrate PagerDuty

This procedure allows Firefly to access your PagerDuty service.

Before you begin, verify you have admin or account owner permissions.

Procedure

1. Log in your PagerDuty account.

2. Create an API Access Key.

   • (Optional) Generate a User Token REST API Key.

3. In Firefly, select Settings > Integrations > Add New > PagerDuty.

4. Enter a descriptive name in the Nickname field.

5. Copy and paste the key into the API Access Key field.

   • Copy and paste the token into the User Token field.

6. Select Next.
