General Access REST API Key

Generate notifications for all services available in your PagerDuty account.

For optimal integration, use an Integration Key.

Procedure

1. Generate a General Access REST API Key.

2. Copy the API key.

3. In Firefly, select Settings > Integrations.

4. Select Add New > PagerDuty.

5. Enter a descriptive name in the Nickname field.

6. Select General Access REST API Key from the Integration Type field.

7. Paste the API key in the Key field.

8. Select Next.
